CULTURE & HISTORY

  • Castillo del Condestable Dávalos. A beautifully preserved 14th-century castle in Arenas de San Pedro. It is the most iconic historical site in the valley. Guided visit Tuesday to Sunday at 11.00 am.
  • Palacio del Infante D. Luis de Borbón y Farnesio. An impressive 18th-century palace offering a glimpse into the region’s noble past. Guided visit Tuesday to Sunday at 10.00 am or 12.00 am or 14.00 pm.
  • Puente Medieval Aquelcabos. This beautiful medieval stone structure (11th century) offers an easy walk and stunning views over the river, especially when illuminated at night.
  • Cuevas del Águila. Explore a magnificent underground world of ancient limestone caverns, featuring stunning stalactites and stalagmites formed over thousands of years.
  • Guisando. Visit the charming village of Guisando, known for its traditional architecture and quaint mountain atmosphere in the Tiétar Valley.

  • Homegrown Fruits. Depending on the season, you may enjoy fruits directly from our trees like oranges, lemons, pomegranades, plums, figs and cherries.
  • Mermelades. Handmade with fruits harvested right from our finca.
  • Herbal Tea. Made by local producers Tierra Campesina.
  • Olive Oil. We proudly serve and recommend the exquisite local oil from the Cooperativa de Cosecheros de Aceitunas “El Puente.” Our own 300-400 kg annual olive harvest contributes directly to this high-quality regional production.
